Robin Carpenter (born June 20, 1992) is an American cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team L39ION of Los Angeles.[4] Carpenter was born in Philadelphia. He studied at Swarthmore College and graduated in 2014 with a degree in economics and environmental studies.[5]
